‘Next generation’ features for Coty retail installations in Heathrow T3
We have designed new retail installations for Coty’s travel retail fragrance and cosmetics brands as part of a revamp of the Dufry-owned World Duty Free store in Heathrow T3. The designs are a response to Dufry’s ‘next generation’ store objectives that seek to create a more immersive shopping environment for passengers and we have balanced this with the need to communicate the DNA of each of the brands.
Digital features have been incorporated to appeal to a broader range of passengers, particularly younger travellers who may be less inclined to spend time in duty free stores. To increase levels of engagement and attract attention, we have incorporated digital screens to encourage passenger to interact and go deeper into the product and brand stories.
The retail installations that feature digital screens have been angled towards the flow of passengers to catch the eye and digital content changes to adapt to the various passenger profiles moving through the store at different times of the day.
