Jura activation brings taste of island to Barcelona T1 duty free
Using the new Jura ‘a long way from ordinary’ brand positioning and packaging design, we have designed an activation in Barcelona T1 duty free to promote the launch of Jura’s new malt whisky travel retail expressions. The activation provides a disruptive showcase for the new range which includes The Sound, The Road, The Loch and The Paps malts.
Key photography, specially commissioned from renowned photographer David Guttenfelder, is used to bring to life the natural beauty of the island, community spirit and island journey that makes the whisky ‘a long way from ordinary’.
The sign-posts refer to the important landscape features of the island that make it so unique. Two of the column walls feature photography and motifs from The Sound and the other two column walls feature photography of The Paps – the mountains on Jura – with their allure to adventurous hikers, hinted at with the rucksack strap props. Copper elements communicate the craftsmanship that has gone into the making of the whisky.
Tasting bar activations are also launching in Palma Mallorca and Copenhagen airport.
