Godiva expands its presence at the TFWA Cannes exhibition
Godiva secured a larger stand footprint at the TFWA Cannes show this year to showcase its café concept. We used key elements from Godiva’s evolved global café store concept to create a functioning pop-up café.
Travel retail clients were able to sample Godiva’s extended product range, such as the Croiffle, a croissant waffle hybrid that has savoury or sweet fillings, its house-blend coffee made by a fully trained barista or its new Chocolixir drinks. The enlarged stand footprint allowed for the creation of dedicated private meeting room with its own serving counter.
The pop-up café acted as a showcase for retailers to gain an understanding of Godiva’s vision to expand into new product categories beyond formal chocolate gifting, into every day self-treats. It plans to open 2000 cafes worldwide.
