Chocolate is loved the world over and also by many of us at Fieldwork, so naturally we were very excited to be working with Godiva, the world’s leading premium chocolatier, for the first time at TFWA Cannes.
Our challenge was to create a pop-up café to surprise and delight retailers. Inspiration for the design of the 3m x 19m space came from a new experiential café store concept, still under wraps, that had been developed by Godiva’s store design agency.
Godiva has a reputation for creating and initially launching exciting new concepts in Travel Retail. The café pop-up offered a taster of what Godiva would be rolling out in the coming months, in domestic retail. Retailers were invited to relax and indulge in a selection of Godiva products, both presented on the highly polished gold counter and displayed on menu boards.
